In light of the cessation of core funding for the Innovation Support Centre at UKOLN after 31 July 2013 we are providing notification of the planned withdrawal of this service after 31 April 2013.

JISC funds and works with a wide range of expert bodies across the UK and internationally. The JISC Services who have contributed to the JISC Standards Catalogue are:

A centre of expertise in digital information management, providing advice and services to the library, information, education and cultural heritage communities. Contributors include Julie Allinson, Ann Chapman, Monica Duke, Marieke Guy, Brian Kelly, Rosemary Russell, Emma Tonkin and Greg Tourte.

Centre for Educational Technology and Interoperability Standards. Contributors include Phil Barker, Wilbert Kraan and Paul Hollands.

A national data centre providing the UK higher education, further education and research community with networked access to key data and information resources to support teaching, learning and research across a wide range of disciplines. Contributors include Ann Apps.

A UK national service aiding the discovery, creation and preservation of digital resources in and for research, teaching and learning in the arts and humanities. Contributors include Alastair Dunning, Andrew Wilson and Gareth Knight.

A national datacentre offering the UK tertiary education and research community networked access to a library of data, information and research resources. Contributors include David Medyckyj-Scott, Anne Robertson and Jim Reid.

OSS Watch promotes awareness and understanding of the legal, social, technical and economic issues that arise when educational institutions engage with free and open source software. Contributors include Sebastian Rahtz.

A representative body which promotes the production, study and use of film and related media in higher education and research. Contributors include Nick Townend.

The Technical Advisory Service for Images provides advice and guidance to the UK's Further and Higher Education community on issues relating to digital images. Contributors include Karla Youngs.
